摘 要:发电上网关口计量点电能表的电能量是电厂上网电量结算的依据,关口计量点故障导致计量贸易结算用电能表计量失准时,其差错电量通常较大,因此需采用精准合理的方法进行电量退补。以一起电压波动导致220 kV线路电能表失压故障涉及的电量退补问题为切入点,分析电量差错原因,并根据实例给出电量退补的3种计算方法,分别采用线损计算法、母线电量平衡法和平均功率法进行退补电量计算及对比分析,为发电上网关口计量点电量退补计算提供重要参考。The electric energy obtained from energy meter at the metering point of power grid gateway is the basis for the power plant′s grid electricity settlement.Taking the problem of electric power compensation involved in a 220 kV line watt-hour meter voltage loss fault caused by voltage fluctuations as the starting point,the cause of the power error is analyzed,and three calculation methods for electric power compensation are given according to examples,using the line loss calculation method and the busbar.The power balance method and the average power method are used for the calculation and comparative analysis of the amount of electricity backed up,which provides an important reference for calculating the amount of electricity reimbursement at metering point of power grid gateway.
