摘　　要：目的 在对心房颤动伴长R-R间期的检查中,解析临床使用24h动态心电图的效果。方法 将2018年1月-2023年2月收治的117例疑似心房颤动伴长R-R间期的患者纳入本次研究,经24h动态心电图和常规心电图监测,分析24h动态心电图的诊断心房颤动伴长R-R的准确性以及灵敏度和特异性。结果 房颤治疗前,与常规心电图相比,24h动态心电图的诊断准确性、灵敏度和特异性均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,24h动态心电图的诊断准确性、灵敏度和特异性与常规心电图相比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 在对心房颤动伴长R-R间期检查中,使用24h动态心电图的效果显著,准确性高,具有较好的临床诊断价值。Objective To analyze effect of 24 h Holter monitor in examination of atrial fibrillation with long R-R interval.Methods From January 2018 to February 2023,117 patients with suspected atrial fibrillation with long R-R interval were selected to enter this study and monitored by holter electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of holter electrocardiogram were analyzed.results of routine electrocardiogram or Holter monitor was compared.Results Before atrial fibrillation treatment,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of holter electrocardiogram were higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of holter electrocardiogram were not significantly different from that of conventional electrocardiogram(P>0.05).Conclusion in examination of atrial fibrillation with long R-R interval,clinical application of 24h Holter monitor has significant effect,high accuracy and clinical diagnostic value.
