摘　　要：目的 探析传统系统治疗与司库奇尤单抗注射液治疗中重度斑块型银屑病治疗效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年7月入院的中重度斑块性银屑病60例为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采取传统系统治疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予司库奇尤单抗注射液治疗。分析治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组PASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组。结论 对中重度斑块型银屑病患者给予司库奇尤单抗注射液可有效缓解病情,减少不良反应发生率,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore curative effect of traditional systemic therapy and scorgizumab injection in treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in our hospital from May 2021 to July 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional systemic therapy,while observation group with scorgizumab injection on the basis of control group.Treatment effect was analyzed between two groups.Results The total response rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the PASI score was lower in the observation group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total incidence of adverse effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.After treatment,overall incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower.Conclusion Scorgizumab injection can alleviate condition,reduce incidence of adverse reactions and improve treatment effect of patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis effectively.
