摘　　要：目的 探讨家庭支持联合心理疏导在孕产妇护理中的应用效果。方法 将2022年1-12月在本院产科分娩的120例孕产妇随机分为两组,每组各60例。对照组使用常规护理法,观察组使用家庭支持联合心理疏导护理法,对比两组的心理状态、分娩方式、家庭功能。结果 观察组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阴道分娩率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率、产妇并发症发生率、新生儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组阴道助产率、新生儿Apgar评分相当(P>0.05);观察组护理后问题解决、情感反应、情感介入、沟通、角色、行为控制、总的功能等FAD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 家庭支持联合心理疏导在孕产妇护理中的应用效果显著,能有效改善心理状态,提高阴道分娩率,改善家庭功能。Objective To explore application effect of family support combined with psychological counseling in maternal nursing.Methods The paper chose 120 pregnant women delivered in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with family support combined with psychological counseling.Psychological status,delivery method and family function between two groups was compared.Results HAMA scores and HAMD scores of observation group after nursing were lower than control group(P<0.05).Vaginal delivery rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,rate of cesarean section,maternal complications and neonatal complications were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).FAD scores of problem-solving,emotional response,emotional intervention,communication,effect,behavioral control and overall function in observation group after nursing was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family support combined with psychological counseling can achieve significant effect in nursing of pregnant women,can improve psychological status,increase rate of vaginal delivery and improve the family function effectively.
