基于DCO的精准护理干预在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后康复中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于骨科损害控制(damage control orthopaedics, DCO)的精准护理干预在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年12月-2021年12月徐州市康复医院收治的60例老年股骨颈骨折患者进行研究,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组,每组各30例。对照组采取常规护理模式,试验组在常规护理模式的基础上联合采取基于DCO的精准护理,两组均连续护理3个月。比较两组各项指标。结果 护理后,试验组髋关节Harris评分高于对照组,SAS和SDS评分低于对照组;护理期间,试验组并发症总发生率比对照组低(均P<0.05)。结论 将基于DCO的精准护理干预应用在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后康复中,可有效消除患者不良情绪,改善髋关节功能,减少并发症发生。Objective To explore application of precise nursing intervention based on DCO in postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods The paper chose 60 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into control group and experiment group according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while experimental group with precise nursing based on DCO.Both groups were treated with continuous nursing for 3 months.Various indicators were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,Harris scores of hip joint in experimental group were higher than control group,SAS and SDS scores were lower than control group.During nursing period,total incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Precise nursing intervention based on DCO can effectively eliminate negative emotions,improve hip joint function and reduce complications in postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.
