精准化护理在良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 讨论精准化护理在良性阵发性位置性眩晕治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2021年1月-2022年12月收治的良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)患者200例为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并将其分成对照组与观察组,每组各100例。试验结束后,对比两组不同时段治疗效果及焦虑评分。结果 术后1周病人复位,治疗1个月后,相比对照组,观察组总有效率更高,且对病人情绪的改善效果更好(P<0.05)。结论 采用一系列精准化护理措施对BPPV患者进行干预,治疗效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss application effect of precise nursing in improving treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods The paper chose 200 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as study subjects,reviewed and analyzed related clinical data and divided them into two groups:control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.At the end of experiment,difference in treatment effect and anxiety scores between two groups at different time periods were compared.Results After one week of surgery,patients were repositioned after one month of treatment,total effective rate,emotions improvement of observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Series of precise nursing measures can achieve good effect in intervention of BPPV patients,can improve treatment effect,reduce adverse emotions and promote recovery of patients.
