放射影像技术在诊断小儿气管支气管异物中的应用分析核心研究

摘　　要：目的 分析放射影像技术对于小儿气管支气管异物的诊断价值。方法 选择2018年4月-2022年4月间入院诊断的44例气管支气管异物患儿,采用随机数字表法分组,CT组22例予以多层螺旋CT诊断,X线组22例予以X线常规诊断。对比异物检出率、异物征象检出率、图像质量、检查时间、检查满意度、诊断精准度等指标。结果 CT组的异物检出率显著高于X线组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT组异物征象检出率显著高于X线组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT组的图像质量优良率优于X线组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT组患儿的检查时间接近于X线组(P>0.05);CT组患儿的检查满意度评分高于X线组,组间对比有差异(P<0.05)。以病理诊断为标准,CT组的诊断准确率以及敏感度均明显高出X线组(P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT诊断小儿气管支气管异物的效果更佳,可以检出异物征象,对于直接提示异物的检出率高,能够筛查出肺气肿和肺不张等间接征象,而且图像质量较佳,清晰度高,能获得家属的高度满意。Objective To analyze diagnostic value of radiation imaging technology for pediatric tracheobronchial foreign bodies.Method The paper chose 44 children with tracheobronchial foreign bodies diagnosed in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly:CT group(22 cases)was treated with multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis,and X-ray group(22 cases)with routine X-ray diagnosis.Indicators including foreign object detection rate,signs of foreign bodies,detection rate,image quality,examination time,examination satisfaction,and diagnostic accuracy were compared.Results Detection rate of foreign bodies in CT group was significantly higher than X-ray group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Detection rate of foreign body signs in CT group was significantly higher than X-ray group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Excellent and good rate of image quality in CT group was higher than X-ray group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Examination time of CT group was similar to X-ray group(P>0.05).Satisfaction degree of CT group was higher than X-ray group,with difference between the groups(P<0.05).Based on pathological diagnosis,diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of CT group was significantly higher than X-ray group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT can achieve better effec in diagnosis of pediatric tracheobronchial foreign bodies,and detect signs of foreign bodies,with high detection rate for directly indicated foreign bodies,can screen for indirect signs of emphysema and atelectasis.Moreover,it has better image quality and higher clarity,can obtain high satisfaction degree from family members.
