摘  要:目的 了解通辽市淡色库蚊对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为制定科学、合理、有效的防治措施提供依据。方法 在通辽市科尔沁区、经济技术开发区主城区采集淡色库蚊的蚊幼虫,经实验室筛选后,采用世界卫生组织推荐的幼虫浸渍法,测定幼虫对常用卫生杀虫剂的敏感性,获得半数致死浓度及其95%可信区间,比较其抗药性程度。结果 通辽市主城区淡色库蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷、残杀威的抗性倍数分别为0.76、0.82、0.44、0.82和0.47。结论 通辽市主城区淡色库蚊对5种常用杀虫剂均处于敏感状态。Objective to understand resistance level of culex pipiens pallens to common insecticides in to ngliao city,and provide basis for formulating scientific,reasonable and effective control measures.Methods The paper collected larvae of culex pipiens pallens in Horqin district and main urban area of economic and technological development zone of to ngliao city.After screening in laboratory,sensitivity of larvae to commonly used insecticides was determined by larval impregnation method recommended by the World Health Organization.Median lethal concentration and 95%confidence interval was obtained,and drug resistance degree was compared.Results Resistance multiples of culex pipiens pallens to beta-cypermethrin,cypermethrin,deltamethrin,temefos and propoxur were 0.76,0.82,0.44,0.82 and 0.47 times respectively.Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens are sensitive to five commonly used insecticides in main urban area of to ngliao city.
