摘　　要：西洛他唑是一类作用机制独特的抗血小板药物,在临床上应用多年。作为一种磷酸二酯酶抑制剂,西洛他唑具有可逆性抑制血小板聚集、抗增殖及扩张血管等作用,广泛地用于外周动脉血管疾病、脑血管疾病、心血管疾病等。随着血管内介入诊疗技术的不断进展,各种介入术后如心血管、脑血管抗栓治疗方案显得尤为重要,目前研究结果显示无论是在经典的抗栓方案基础上联合西洛他唑还是使用西洛他唑替代原抗栓药物均获得较好的临床疗效。本文就西洛他唑的临床应用进展做简要综述。Cilostazol is an antiplatelet drug with unique mechanism of action,which has been applied clinically for many years.As a phosphodiesterase inhibitor,cilostazol has reversible inhibition effect on platelet aggregation,anti proliferation and vasodilation,has been widely applied in peripheral artery vascular disease,cerebrovascular disease,cardiovascular disease,etc.with continuous progress of intravascular interventional diagnosis and treatment technology,various anti thrombotic treatment schemes are particularly important after interventional surgery,including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.Current research shows,classic anti thrombotic scheme combined with cilostazol,or cilostazol as substitute for original antithrombotic drugs can achieve good clinical effect.the paper reviewes clinical application progress of cilostazol briefly.
