摘　　要：目的 观察在先天性耳廓畸形中实施无创矫正技术进行治疗的效果以及安全性。方法 选取2021年10月-2022年10月本院收治的40例先天性耳廓畸形患者,其中单耳畸形19例、双耳畸形21例,将年龄<1个月的患儿分为1组,年龄在1~3个月的患儿分为2组,观察两组不同年龄患者在实施无创矫正技术干预后的临床效果以及治疗安全性。结果 1组治疗有效率高于2组;1组矫正器佩戴时间短于2组;1组患儿耳廓形态改善情况高于2组,颅耳角评分低于2组;1组治疗满意度高于2组。上述组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过此次研究可以看出对于先天性耳廓畸形的患者,实施无创矫正技术进行早期干预,能够取得良好的矫正效果,并且年龄越小的患者治疗的效果越明显,治疗时间越短,因此建议尽早实施耳廓畸形的矫正。Objective To observe effect and safety of non-invasive correction techniques in treatment of congenital auricular malformations.Methods The paper chose 40 patients in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022,including 19 cases of single ear malformation and 21 cases of binaural malformation.Children aged less than 1 month were divided them into group 1,and those between(1~3)months into group 2.Clinical effect and treatment safety of non-invasive correction techniques between two groups of different ages was observed.Results Effective rate of treatment in group 1 was higher than group 2;wearing time of orthodontic appliances in group 1 was shorter than group 2;improvement of auricle morphology in group 1 was higher than group 2,cranial ear angle scores were higher than group 2,treatment satisfaction degree was higher than group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be seen from the study,early intervention with non-invasive correction techniques can achieve good correction effect for patients with congenital auricular malformations.the younger the age,the more obvious treatment effect,the shorter treatment time,and the higher treatment effect.Therefore,it is recommended to carry on correction of auricular malformations as soon as possible.
