摘 要:目的 研究探讨视频宣教对于提高患者自我注射胰岛素能力的影响。方法 选取2020年9月-2021年12月本院收治的78例糖尿病患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用胰岛素治疗。采取随机抽样的方法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各39例,对照组采用传统的健康教育模式对患者进行胰岛素注射能力的宣教与指导,观察组患者在此基础上再采用操作视频宣教模式对患者进行干预。比较两组患者胰岛素注射知识的掌握情况、患者的胰岛素规范注射执行评分。结果 在进行视频宣教之后,观察组患者胰岛素注射之后针头的规范处理、合理把握剂量、注射前正确洗手、选择进针部位等知识都掌握得比对照组患者好,掌握率比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的胰岛素规范注射执行评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 视频宣教能够帮助患者掌握胰岛素注射相关知识,能够规范胰岛素注射操作,提高患者自我注射能力。Objective To investigate effect of video education on self insulin injection ability of patients.Methods The paper chose 78 patients with diabetes with insulin treatment in our hospital from September 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional health education mode for insulin injection ability education and guidance,on the basis,observation group was intervened with operation video education model.Mastery of insulin injection knowledge,insulin standard injection execution scores were compared between two groups.Results After video education,understanding of needle handling,reasonable dosage control,correct hand washing before injection,and selection of injection site after insulin injection in observation group was better,with higher mastery rate than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Insulin standard injection execution scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Video education can help patients master knowledge of insulin injection,standardize insulin injection procedures,and improve self injection ability of patients.
