平衡火罐联合中药湿热敷治疗血瘀气滞型腰痛的疗效及辨证施护分析

摘　　要：目的 研究分析平衡火罐联合中药湿热敷治疗血瘀气滞型腰痛的疗效及辨证施护措施。方法 选择2020年6月-2022年6月在本院治疗的血瘀气滞型腰痛患者64例为研究对象,根据患者入院时间的先后顺序进行分组,即先入院的患者32例设为对照组,给予雷火灸治疗,后入院的患者32例设为研究组,给予平衡火罐联合中药湿热敷治疗,对两组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、腰痛程度、日常功能障碍、腰椎功能、生活质量进行统计比较。结果 与对照组比较,研究组治疗后各中医证候积分更低,临床疗效更高(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,研究组治疗后数字疼痛评分法(NPRS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)分值更低,日本骨科学会腰椎疾患综合量表(JOA)分值更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组治疗后生活质量各指标分值更高(P<0.05)。结论 血瘀气滞型腰痛患者应用平衡火罐联合中药湿热敷治疗后,不仅可以有效减轻患者症状,提高患者疗效,还可以改善患者功能障碍,提高患者生活质量。Objective To study and analyze effect and syndrome differentiation nursing measures of balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine damp hot compress in treatment of low back pain of blood stasis and qi stagnation type.Methods The paper chose 64 patients with low back pain of blood stasis and qi stagnation type in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into groups according to admission time.First 32 cases in control group were treated with thunder-fire moxibustion,later 32 cases in study group with balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine damp hot compress.TCM syndrome scores,clinical effect,and low back pain degree,daily dysfunction,lumbar function and life quality between two groups were compared statistically.Results Study group had lower scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and higher clinical effect than control group after treatment,P<0.05,and lower scores of Numerical Pain Rating Scale(NPRS)and Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)after treatment,higher scores of Japan Orthopedic Association Lumbar Disorders Comprehensive Scale(JOA)than control group,with P<0.05.Study group had higher scores for various indicators of life quality than control group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion Balanced cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine damp hot compress can alleviate symptoms of patients with low back pain of blood stasis and qi stagnation type effectively,improve curative effect,dysfunction and life quality of patients.
