慢性心衰病人开展整体护理对血清N末端脑钠肽原、肌钙蛋白及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨将整体护理模式应用于慢性心衰患者护理中,对其血清N末端脑钠肽原、肌钙蛋白及生活质量的影响。方法 以2015年1月-2020年1月来本院的60例慢性心衰患者为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其均分为常规组(予以常规护理模式)与实验组(予以整体护理模式),比较两组护理干预前、后血清N末端脑钠肽原、肌钙蛋白及生活质量改善情况。结果 实验组血清N末端脑钠肽原及血清肌钙蛋白水平显著低于常规组,实验组总体健康、情感功能、角色功能及社会功能评分显著高于常规组,两组对比存在明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论 在护理慢性心衰患者时,相较于常规护理模式,予以整体护理,可降低患者血清N末端脑钠肽原与肌钙蛋白水平,有效改善其心功能,同时还能提高患者生活质量,建议在临床护理中推广与应用。Objective To explore effect of holistic nursing mode on serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide,troponin and life quality of chronic heart failure patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 as study subjects,and divided them into routine group(with routine nursing mode)and experimental group(with holistic nursing mode)according to random grouping method.Improvement of serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide,troponin and life quality was compared before and after nursing intervention between two groups.Results Levels of serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide and serum troponin in experimental group were significantly lower than routine group,scores of overall health,emotional function,role function and social function in experimental group were significantly higher than routine group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing can reduce level of serum N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide and troponin,improve cardiac function,life quality of chronic heart failure patients effectively compared with routine nursing mode,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.
