摘 要:随着工业制造业的发展,针对不同工艺流程的测控软件需求日益增多。但传统的独立开发模式导致大量重复工作,降低了软件开发效率,因此有必要研究如何提高测控软件的开发效率,软件模块化和通用化是重要途径。但目前业内对测控软件模块通用化方法研究还不够深入和系统。文章提出了测控软件模块通用化的意义,详细分析了其对软件开发效率的正面影响,重点探讨了实现模块通用化的技术手段。最后,通过典型的网络通信模块通用化案例,验证了通用化模块在不同系统中的复用效果,并提出了进一步提升通用模块复用性的建议。With the development of industrial manufacturing,the demand for measurement and control software for different process flows is increasing.However,the traditional independent development model leads to a large amount of repetitive work and reduces software development efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to improve the development efficiency of measurement and control software.Software modularization and generalization are important ways.However,the research on the generalization methods of measurement and control software modules in the industry is not yet in-depth and systematic.The article proposes the significance of generalization of measurement and control software modules,analyzes in detail its positive impact on software development efficiency,and focuses on exploring the technical means to achieve module generalization.Finally,through typical network communication module generalization cases,the reuse effect of generalization modules in different systems was verified,and suggestions for further improving the reusability of generalization modules were proposed.
