摘　　要：文章介绍了一种新型耐高温的单管夹,可被方便地安装到电站煤粉锅炉的屏式过热器上,通过与传统的管夹对比分析,得出其具有管排整理效果好、安装工艺简单、寿命长、投资省、隐患少的优点。该单管夹设备适应性好,几乎可应用于所有炉型的改造和治理项目,在当前大范围开展灵活性调峰适应性改造的背景下,本产品有良好的推广应用前景。This paper introduces a new type of high temperature resistant single pipe clip,which can be easily installed on the screen superheater of the pulverized coal boiler.Through the comparative analysis with the traditional pipe clip,it is concluded that it has many advantages of good pipe row arrangement effect,simple installation process,long life,less investment and less hidden dangers.This kind of single tube clamp equipment has good adaptability and can be applied to almost all furnace transformation and management projects.Under the background of the current large-scale flexible peak regulation and adaptive transformation,this product has a good prospect of promotion and application.
