风电机组偏航减速机维修装置研究

摘　　要：因风机常年进行偏航对风工作,偏航减速机内部固定偏航输出轴小齿轮的锁紧螺母会出现松动,导致偏航输出轴小齿轮下沉,使偏航电机失去作用,严重时因大小齿轮错位会打断啮合齿轮,若小齿轮损坏需更换偏航减速机,若大齿轮损坏则需对其进行修复或更换,该项工程巨大,费用极高。文章通过研究一种偏航减速机小齿轮锁紧装置,对偏航减速机小齿轮锁紧盘进行力矩紧固,可完全恢复到出厂力矩值,确保偏航减速机的安全稳定运行。Due to the year-round yaw control operation of the wind turbine,the locking nut that fixes the small gear of the yaw output shaft inside the yaw reducer may become loose,causing the small gear of the yaw output shaft to sink,causing the yaw motor to lose its function.In severe cases,the meshing gear wheel may be interrupted due to the misalignment of the large and small gears.If the small gear is damaged,the yaw reducer needs to be replaced.If the large gear is damaged,it needs to be repaired or replaced,which is a huge project and extremely expensive.This article studies a locking device for the small gear of the yaw reducer,which can fully restore the factory torque value to ensure the safe and stable operation of the yaw reducer by tightening the torque on the locking plate of the small gear of the yaw reducer.
