摘 要:某电厂锅炉运行时,在水冷壁向火面标高47.45 m工地焊口区域发生了泄漏情况。对泄漏样管取样进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能检测及金相分析。试验结果及综合分析表明:水冷壁管现场对接焊缝泄漏的原因是锅炉运行时水冷壁管屏局部膨胀受阻,其内部结构应力无法释放,导致该位置管屏严重变形,进而撕裂对接焊缝,水冷壁管发生泄漏。膨胀受阻的原因为管子之间热负荷偏差较大或管屏安装不当造成的局部受限,并提出相应的预防措施。During the operation of a boiler in a certain power plant,a leakage occurred in the welding area of the construction site at an elevation of 47.45 m towards the fire surface of the water wall.The leaked tuble was sampled and then invesgated by macroscopic inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,and metallographic analysis.The test results and comprehensive analysis indicate that the reason for the leakage of the on-site butt weld of the water wall tube is that the local expansion of the water wall tube screen is hindered during boiler operation,and the internal structural stress cannot be released,resulting in severe deformation of the tube screen at this location and tearing of the butt weld,leading to leakage.The obstruction of expansion may be caused by large thermal load deviation between pipes or improper installation,as well as local limitation of the pipe screen,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.
