摘  要:重组酶扩增技术是近几年快速发展起来的一类等温扩增技术,相对于传统的核酸检测方法,具有设备要求低、操作简单等优势,在现场快速检测方面有着广阔的应用前景。本文简要介绍了重组酶扩增技术的技术原理、优点和难点,重点阐述了其在病毒、细菌、寄生虫及其他微生物检测领域的应用研究进展,旨在为重组酶扩增技术的进一步发展与应用提供参考。With continuous development of animal husbandry,the diagnosis of animal diseases has become increasingly important,especially early diagnosis as a key to prevent and treat animal diseases.Compared with traditional nucleic acid detection,recombinase amplification technology is a kind of isothermal amplification technology developed rapidly in recent years with the advantages of low requirements for equipment as well as easy operation,in particular with broad application prospect in field rapid detection.In the paper,the technical principle,advantages and difficulties of the technology were briefly introduced,focusing on research progress of its application in the detection of viruses,bacteria,parasites and other microorganisms,with a view to providing a reference for its furtherdevelopment and application.
