摘  要:粉末冶金、注射成型和增材制造等先进制备技术,以其特有的少切削、无切削、节能、环保等优势,在各个行业得到广泛应用。金属粉末作为重要原料,其质量好坏直接影响着零部件的性能,金属粉末的制备技术已成为现代制造业的重要研究方向。本文总结了主流金属粉末的制备技术,包括水雾化法、气雾化法、等离子旋转电极雾化法和组合雾化法,主要介绍了其雾化原理、影响因素、优缺点及研究现状,并对雾化法制备金属粉末的未来发展方向进行了展望。Advanced preparation technologies as Powder Metallurgy,Injection Molding,Additive Manufacturing have been widely used in various industries due to their unique advantages of less cutting,no cutting,energy saving,environmental protection,and etc.As an important raw material,the quality of metal powder directly affects the performance of parts.The preparation technology of metal powder has become an important research direction in themodern manufacturing industry.In this paper,the preparation technologies of mainstreammetal powder are reviewed,including water atomization,gas atomization,plasma rotating electrode atomization and hybrid atomization.The atomization principle,influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages and research status are introduced,and the future development direction of metal powder preparation by atomization method is prospected.
