摘 要:工业废水循环利用是各工业企业的必然趋势,以回用为目标的对工业废水的预处理也越来越重视。超滤可起到去除悬浮性固体和大分子有机物的作用,在工业废水预处理中应用广泛。本文对工业废水预处理中超滤的选择做了比较分析,并结合案例分析,可知浸没式超滤在工业废水预处理中可将浊度去除95%以上,具有适用范围广、膜组件使用寿命长和设计安装方便等特点,并可应用于高盐废水零排放的预处理,为浸没式超滤在工业废水预处理中的应用提供借鉴。The recycling of industrial wastewater is an inevitable trend of industrial enterprises,and the pretreatment of industrial wastewater with the goal of reuse is also paying more and more attention.Ultrafiltration can remove suspension solid and macromolecular organic matter,and is widely used in industrial wastewater pretreatment.In this paper,the selection of ultrafiltration in industrial wastewater pretreatment is compared and analyzed.Combined with case analysis,it was known that submerged ultrafiltration could remove more than 95%of turbidity in industrial wastewater pretreatment,and had the characteristics of wide application range,long service life of membrane module and convenient design and installation.Submerged ultrafiltration also could be applied to the pretreatment of zero discharge of high salt wastewater,which provided reference for the application of submerged ultrafiltration in industrial wastewater pretreatment.
