摘 要:目前钢结构建筑逐渐被广泛应用,但地下室一般仍采用混凝土结构,需要在地下1层设置转换构件,涉及梁纵向钢筋与劲性钢柱连接的问题。设计图纸和施工图集中仅提供了混凝土梁上下铁各1层钢筋遇劲性钢柱的施工作法,但实际工程中存在上下铁两层或多层钢筋遇劲性钢柱的复杂施工情况,若采用传统施工工艺,使用一长一短上下两层连接板与钢筋搭接焊,则会产生柱纵筋与搭接板、柱箍筋与钢托座腹板、墙竖向分布筋与搭接板相碰的情况,大幅增加现场施工难度。自主研究了套筒和连接板交错设置的新工艺,解决了梁上或下铁遇多层纵向钢筋遇劲性钢柱的连接问题,避免了钢筋与连接板碰撞的情况,减少了现场施工量和施工难度,对工程施工进度具有重要意义。At present,steel structure buildings are widely applied,but concrete structures are often adopted for basements.Transition members are required on the basement layer,involving the connection between longitudinal steel bars of beams and rigid steel columns.Design drawings and construction drawings only show the connection of one layer of steel bars on and under concrete beams with rigid steel columns.However,complex connections of two or more layers of steel bars and rigid steel columns are involved in the actual construction.In the conventional construction process,long and short connecting plates are lap welded with steel bars,which may cause collision between longitudinal bars of columns and lap plates,between column stirrups and steel bracket webs and between vertical bars of walls and lap plates,and greatly increase difficulties in construction on site.A new process of zigzag fastening of sleeves and connecting plates is studied independently,to solve the problems in connection between multiple layers of longitudinal bars on and under beams and rigid steel columns,avoid collision between bars and connecting plates,and reduce the construction quantity and difficulty on site.This is of important significance for the construction progress.
