摘 要:本项目受坡地地形引起深浅基坑交界处相邻结构嵌固埋深不同,深浅基坑交界处主体结构存在错层情况,使深基坑范围内出现大范围肥槽,原设计逐层回填土+混凝土梁组合换撑,需逐层进行防水施工后再进行回填,塔楼施工进度将因大范围肥槽防水及回填施工严重滞后。通过研究坡地地形特征、支护结构特征、主体结构特征,提出该坡地类项目换撑优化思路,达到制约工期节点移除施工关键线路,加快塔楼施工进度,提高施工经济性。同时合理的补强措施既提高了施工质量,也保证了拆换撑过程基坑整体稳定。Adjacent structures are embedded to different depths at the boundary between deep and shallow foundation pits due to slopes in the project.Main structures at the boundary between deep and shallow foundation pits are staggered,resulting wide grooves within a large range of deep foundation pits.In the original design,supports are replaced by backfilling+concrete beam construction layer by layer.That is,waterproofing construction is required before backfilling,so tower construction will greatly lag behind due to large-scale waterproofing and backfilling construction in wide grooves.Through studying the characteristics of the slope terrain,support structure and main structure,an optimization idea is proposed for support replacement in this project,in order to remove the nodes restricting the construction period from key construction routes,accelerate tower construction and improve the economy of construction.In addition,reasonable reinforcement measures are taken to improve the construction quality and ensure the overall stability of foundation pits in the support dismantling and replacement process.
