摘  要:城镇化建设和信息技术的蓬勃发展为社区智慧化建设提供了新的发展契机。虽然先进的软件系统能够为用户提供良好的人机交互条件,但是主系统与子系统间的联结方式却仍然烦琐且低效。为实现社区业务管理的全面感知与实时调控,以中铁贵州国际生态城项目为依据,提出了一种基于物联网(IoT)的智慧社区业务管理架构。以现有的平台系统的功能、运行和交互方式为切入点,分析了建立健全社区全生命周期的智慧化发展需求,提出了物联网应用的技术要点,搭建了融入面向服务架构(SOA)中按需部署理念的标准化物联网业务管理架构。Urbanization and IT booming have brought new development opportunities for smart community construction.Although advanced software systems can provide users with excellent human-computer interaction conditions,master and slave systems are connected in a cumbersome and inefficient way.For the comprehensive perception and real-time regulation of community management,taking Zhongtie International Ecological Park in Guizhou as an example,an IoT-based smart community management structure is proposed.On the basis of the function,operation and interaction mode of the existing platform system,the demands for building and improving smart communities within the full lifecycle are analyzed,technical requirements for IoT application are proposed,and a standard IoT management structure integrating the service-oriented architecture is built for demand-specific deployment.
