摘  要:建筑运维阶段所产生的数据由于其产生的环境、系统和条件差异而多具备多源异构的分布特点。想要实现社区的智慧化及高效化管理,必须采用基于物联网和人工智能算法等方法,对来源不同且结构各异的运维数据进行智能化采集和标准化转换,使其集成在统一的数据管理平台上。以搭建集成社区运维管理过程中的环境、资源和资产等数据的规范化转换与传输平台为研究重点,提出了基于ETL元数据和BP混合自适应神经网络的数据集成管理框架,提高了社区数字化及智慧化运维管理水平。The data generated in the operation and maintenance of buildings features the multi-source heterogeneous distribution due to differences in environments,systems and conditions.For intelligent and efficient community management,the operation and maintenance data of different sources and structures must be subject to intelligent collection and standardization based on the Internet of Things,AI and other means,so that all data are integrated into a unified data management platform.Focusing on the standard transformation and transmission platform for integration of environment,resource,asset and other data in community operation and maintenance management,a data integration management framework is proposed based on the for of ETL metadata and BP hybrid adaptive neural network,to improve the digital and intelligent community operation and maintenance management.
