摘　　要：记述2019年7月采集自浙江百山祖国家级自然保护区(庆元)和2022年7月浙江省大溪源省级保护区和乌岩岭国家级自然保护区(泰顺)的蜉蝣目Ephemeroptera越南蜉科Vietnamellidae越南蜉属Vietnamella昆虫1新种:百山祖越南蜉V. baishanzuensis sp. nov. Zhang, Huang and Zhang, 2023。对该种进行形态描述,拍摄特征图,并结合线粒体COI基因支持物种有效性,从庆元县和泰顺县采集的越南蜉样本的COI基因与中华越南蜉V. sinensis物种的遗传距离达0.097~0.22,大于昆虫物种种间遗传距离(0.08~0.19),支持其为新种。基于COI基因的系统发生关系显示百山祖越南蜉和中华越南蜉关系较近,互为姐妹群关系。模式标本保存在浙江师范大学昆虫标本馆。Vietnamella baishanzuensis sp.nov.Zhang,Huang and Zhang,2023,a new species of genus Vietnamella(Ephemeroptera:Vietnamellidae)collected from Baishanzu National Nature Reserve in July 2019,and Daxiyuan Provincial Nature Reserve in Zhejiang province and Zhejiang Wuyanling National Nature Reserve in July 2022,was recorded.The morphological characteristics of species was described in detail,characteristic pattern was photographed,and the new species was also well identified using COI gene.The genetic distance between V.baishanzuensis and V.sinensis was about 0.097~0.22,which is larger than the genetic distance(0.08~0.19)within interspecies of insects.Vietnamella baishanzuensis was the sister clade to V.sinensis using COI gene in the BI and ML trees.Type specimen of V.baishanzuensis sp.nov.was deposited in Entomological Museum of Zhejiang Normal University.
