摘  要:随着最新修订《噪声污染防治法》的实施,坚持打造生态绿色港口,针对国内外目前缺乏的大型远洋客船靠、离港时空气中辐射噪声特性进行分析研究。根据远洋客船靠、港口时的不同模式,对远洋客船主要空气辐射噪声源进行讨论、简化及等效研究,并基于经验公式对声源功率级进行计算。建立VISTA级大型远洋客船和上海吴淞口国际邮轮港口数值模型,确定远洋客船声源位置及等效设定,考虑声吸收效应和声障板遮蔽效应,利用声线法对远洋客船不同模式下的辐射声场分布进行计算。With the implementation of the latest revision of Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Pollution From Environmental Noise,the characteristics of airborne noise during the arrival and departure of large cruise ships in ports are studied and analyzed.The main airborne noise sources of cruise ships are discussed,simplified and equivalently studied.And the power levels of the noise sources are calculated based on the empirical formula.The numerical models of VISTA-class cruise ship and Shanghai Wusongkou international cruise terminal are established.Considering the effects of sound absorption and sound barrier,the location and equivalent setting of the cruise ship noise sources are determined,and the distribution of radiated sound field under different modes of cruise ships is calculated by using Raytracing method.
