摘 要:对轴承油膜和轴瓦的三维瞬态温度场,使用改进Newton-Raphson算法求解雷诺方程和运动方程,编制仿真程序,对高速下有质量偏心的轴承-转子系统的瞬态热效应进行了研究。分别将考虑轴承瞬态三维温度场、瞬态二维绝热温度场得到的轴心运动轨迹和温度响应做了比较。结果表明,在高转速时温度变化对轴心轨迹的影响非常大,如果分析轴承转子系统的稳定性,必须同时考虑轴瓦和油膜的瞬态三维温度场。Considering the transient three-dimensional temperature field of the film and bearing bush,the transient thermal-responses of rotor-bearing system to mass unbalance are performed.The tracks and thermal-responses obtained by considering two-dimensional temperature are compared with the tracks obtained by considering three-dimensional temperature.The results show that the rise of temperature must be considered in the analysis of the stability of high-speed rotor-bearing system.The transient three-dimensional temperature must be considered when analyzing the stability of rotor-bearing.
