摘 要:在石油天然气的勘探开发中,需要通过螺纹将单根的油井管连接成油井管柱以形成油气流通通道。油井管柱在服役过程中承受高温、高压、外挤、弯曲和扭转等复合载荷的作用,管柱的薄弱环节是接头的螺纹连接部位,上扣扭矩值对其连接强度和密封性能有重要的影响。液压动力钳是进行油井管柱螺纹连接的主要工具,进行液压动力钳扭矩校验技术研究,对精确控制螺纹连接的上扣扭矩、保证螺纹连接强度与密封性能具有重要意义。以塔里木油田在役的国内外液压动力钳为例,探讨了液压动力钳的发展和技术现状,分析了上扣扭矩控制对螺纹连接质量的影响和现有液压动力钳校验技术及其存在的问题,提出了一种基于液压动力钳输出终端的扭矩校验方法,该方法可以更准确地检验液压动力钳的输出扭矩精度。The downhole tubing string assembled in series by means of threaded connection is an indispensable and important pathway in oil and gas exploration and exploitation.Tubing string is subjected to high temperature,high pressure,extrusion,bending,torsion and other composite loads during service.As the weak link of the whole string,reasonable make-up torque has an important influence on the connection strength and sealing performance.Hydraulic power tong is a tool for threaded connection of tubing string.Research on torque calibration technology of hydraulic power tong is of great significance to accurately control the make-up torque of threaded connection and ensure the strength and sealing performance of threaded connection.In this paper,the domestic and foreign hydraulic power tongs in service in Tarim Oilfield are taken as the research object.The development and technical status of hydraulic power tongs are discussed.The influence of make-up torque control on threaded connection quality is explained through specific cases.The existing hydraulic power tongs calibration technology and its existing problems are analyzed.A calibration method based on output terminal is proposed,which can more accurately test the torque accuracy of hydraulic power clamp output.
