摘 要:由于自身重量的影响,EILog井径测井仪在大斜度井、水平井中处于偏心状态,所测的井径曲线出现严重缩径现象,测量误差不满足要求。分析了误差超标的原因,采用“四点定圆”方法实现井径测井仪的偏心校正,并对测井仪的机械结构、采集电路、相关软件以及井径臂弹簧、电位器固定架和刻度器进行了改进。室内实验和现场测井结果表明,改进后的井径测井仪采集的井径值与钻头尺寸相比误差≤5%,误差达标,解决了大斜度井、水平井规则井眼测量缩径问题。In highly deviated wells and horizontal wells,the EILog caliper tool is in an eccentric state due to the weight of the tool itself.The measured caliper curves are seriously shrunk,and the measurement error does not meet the logging technical requirements.This paper analyzed the reasons for the error exceeding the standard,and adopted the four point rounding method to realize the eccentricity correction of the instrument.As a supporting measure,the caliper structure,circuit,software,spring,potentiometer fixing frame and calibrator were improved.The indoor test and field logging by the improved instrument showed that the error between the collected well diameter and the bit size was within 5%,and the error met the standard requirement.The improved instrument solved the problem of the measured caliper curves shrinkage in both regularly highly inclined wells and regularly horizontal wells.
