摘　　要：手足口病(hand-foot-and-mouth disease,HFMD)是由多种人肠道病毒感染引起的儿童高发急性传染病,发病人群年龄小、传染性强、重症患者病情较危急,给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。本文对2008年以来国内外HFMD经济负担进行了综述,从时间、病种类型、病例严重程度以及经济负担的不同组分进行系统地阐述,为政策制定提供参考依据。Hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD)is an acute infectious disease with high incidence in children caused by a variety of human enterovirus infections.The affected population is young,highly infectious and critically ill,which brings a heavy economic burden to the family and society.This paper focuses on the research on the economic burden of HFMD at home and abroad since 2008,and systematically expounds it from the time,disease type,case severity and different components of the economic burden,so as to provide a scientific basis for policy-making.
