Research on the Influence of Authorship Characteristics on Journals:Based on CNKI Highly Cited Data from the Journal of Hunan University of Technology

摘　　要：为了探讨作者特征对期刊的影响,以《湖南工业大学学报》知网高被引数据为研究对象,研究了作者的研究团队及专业方向对于文章被引频次的影响。结果表明,优秀研究团队文章的缺失是导致期刊影响力下降的主要原因,而研究生团队发表文章过多是限制学报进一步发展的因素;不同专业作者的文章高被引篇数在2010年前后出现了较大变化,这主要受专业的景气度、技术面的宽窄等因素的影响。建议提升优秀团队约稿力度、针对热点题材主动约稿、持续提升期刊服务质量、向湖南省“三高四新”高质量发展专业倾斜。In view of an inquiry into the influence of authorship characteristics on journals,taking CNKI highly cited data from the Journal of Hunan University of Technology as the research object,a study has thus been carried out on the influence and trend of the author's research team and professional direction on the citation frequency of the article.The results indicate that a lack of artiles by excellent research teams is the main reason for the decline in the influence of journals,while the excessive publication of articles by graduate teams is a limiting factor that restricts the further elevation in quality of journals.There have been a significant change in number of highly cited articles by different professional authors around 2010,mainly influenced by such factors as the prosperity of the profession and the breadth of technical expertise.It is recommended to enhance the invitation of excellent teams to submit articles,actively invite articles for hot topics,continuously improve the quality of journal services,and tilt towards the high-quality development of the“three highs and four new”majors in Hunan Province.
