摘　　要：文章以“聂树斌案”系列报道为研究对象,探究该案如何从一起典型的刑事冤错案,逐渐转变为具有标志性意义的媒体事件。研究发现,“聂树斌案”的意义转变与媒体报道引发的舆论关注存在一定关联。主流媒体参与报道,借助司法政策调整,将其界定为司法主动纠错、程序正义得以实现的典型案件;同时,媒体自身报道观念的转变在这一过程中推动了意义转换;网络直播等扩大了公众对案件的理性认知,促进了媒体与司法在互动中开展合作。This paper takes the report of"Nie Shubin case"as research object,and tries to answer:How did this case change from being defined by the media as a criminal miscarriage of justice to a landmark event of law?The study believes that the meaning change of"Nie Shubin case"is related to the attention of public opinion caused by media reports.The mainstream media participated in the report and defined it as a typical case in which the judicial initiative corrects errors and procedural justice can be realized with the help of judicial policy adjustment.The change of reporting concept facilitates the change of meaning.Network media has expanded the public's rational cognition of the case,the media and judiciary have enhanced the integration.
