摘  要:随着世界百年未有之大变局加速演进以及全球科学技术的快速发展,国际科技合作作为各国科研机构和企业的重要合作方式,已成为探索解决诸如气候变化、数字经济、人工智能、生物医药、粮食安全、现代能源等全球性问题的重要途径和方法。而今,各行各业基于互联网“直播”发展势头不可阻挡。旨在通过对新形势下国际科技合作“直播”的调查与思考,探讨当前和未来国际科技合作“直播”的紧迫性、必要性和可行性,以期为国际科技合作提供新的工作模式和发展思路。With the rapid development of science and technology in the world,international scientific and technological cooperation has become an important mode of cooperation among scientific research institutions and enterprises in various countries,it has become an important way to solve global problems such as climate change,digital economy,artificial intelligence,biomedicine,food security and modern energy.Now,all walks of life based on the internet“Live”development momentum is unstoppable.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the urgency,necessity and feasibility of the“Live Broadcast”of the current and future international scientific and technological cooperation by investigating and thinking about the“Live Broadcast”of the international scientific and technological cooperation under the new situation,with a view to providing a new mode of work and development ideas for international scientific and technological cooperation.
