摘　　要：近10年是我国电子商务行业快速发展的时期。在新的经济形势下,如何培养“互联网+”背景下国家急需的电子商务专业人才,提高电子商务专业人才培养质量,成为当前亟待解决的问题。基于国家级一流本科专业的建设背景,以安徽大学电子商务专业为例,探讨面向创新创业的电子商务特色人才培养体系建设问题,从人才培养模式、课程体系等角度进行了阐述,为新时代电子商务专业建设和人才培养提供新思路。The past decade has been a decade of rapid development in China’s e-commerce industry.In the new economic situation,how to train e-commerce professionals urgently needed by the country in the era of“Internet+”and improve the quality of e-commerce professionals has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the background of constructing national first-class undergraduate majors and the e-commerce major of Anhui University,this paper discusses the construction of an e-commerce specialized talent cultivation system for innovation and entrepreneurship.We elaborate on talent cultivation models,construction ideas,and other perspectives,which are expected to offer new insights for the construction and talent cultivation of e-commerce majors in the new era.
