摘 要:为了了解创业自我效能感(entrepreneurial self-efficacy,简称ESE)的研究前沿,收集梳理了ESE的国内外最新研究成果。发现国内学者在ESE量表上涌现更多的是应用者而非开发者,具有广泛共识、扎根中国土壤的原创性量表尚未出现,ESE的形成机理仍不清晰,现有研究更多地关注ESE的正面影响,对其负面影响的关注极其有限。未来研究应该开发更加有效的ESE测评方法,抓住ESE的关键影响因素并厘清其复杂关系,给予ESE的正面影响和负面影响同等关注。In order to understand the forefront of research on entrepreneurial self-efficacy(ESE),we have collected and sorted out the latest research results on ESE both domestically and internationally.It has been found that more domestic scholars have emerged on the ESE scale as applications rather than developers.An original scale with broad consensus and rooted in Chinese soil has not yet emerged,and the formation mechanism of ESE is still unclear.Existing research has focused more on the positive effects of ESE,while attention to its negative effects is extremely limited.Future research should develop more effective methods for evaluating ESE,capture the key influencing factors of ESE and clarify their complex relationships,paying equal attention to the positive and negative impacts of ESE.This has laid the foundation,provided clues,and pointed out the direction for subsequent related research.
