摘  要:射孔器模拟井射孔试验在套管上产生内毛刺,SY/T 6163—2018《油气井用聚能射孔器材通用技术条件及性能试验方法》中给出的评价方法存在瑕疵。分析了模拟井射孔试验中套管内毛刺高度检验样本量匹配的计数抽样方案及对应检验结果,检验48个射孔孔眼处的内毛刺时,接收质量限(AQL)取10.0、检验水平取S-2、样本量取5、合格判定数取1时,取样位置不同则结果不同,可出现合格与不合格两种结果;接收质量限取4.0、检验水平取I、样本量取48、合格判定数取5时,判定结果唯一。结果表明:新的抽样方案更科学合理,提高检验水平、增加检验样本量与实际射孔孔眼对应,能反映产品的实际质量水平,结果一致性好,将有助于标准的修订。The perforator simulation well perforation test generates internal burrs inside the casing,and the evaluation method outlined in SY/T 6163—2018“General Technical Conditions and Performance Test Methods for Energy-absorbing Perforating Tools for Oil and Gas Wells”has limitations.This study analyzed the counting sampling scheme for measuring the burr height inside the casing in the simulation well perforation tests,along with its corresponding inspection results.When inspecting the burr height at 48 perforation holes using an acceptance quality limit(AQL)of 10.0,an inspection level of S-2,a sample size of 5,and a qualified judgment number of 1,different sampling positions could yield different outcomes,including both qualified and unqualified results.However,when an AQL of 4.0,an inspection level of I,the sample size of 48 and the qualified judgment number of 5 were used,there was only one judgment result.The results indicate that the new sampling scheme is more scientifically reasonable,as it increases the inspection level,expands the sample quantity to align with the actual perforation holes,reflects the actual quality level of the product,and demonstrates good result consistency.This will contribute to the revision of the standard.
