无线示功仪综合检测方法在降低安全隐患方面的应用

摘  要:针对抽油机井用无线示功仪拆卸送检过程中存在安全隐患的问题,采用现场免拆卸检测和实验室一体化检测相结合的方式,减少仪表的拆卸频率,从而降低安全隐患。首先采用便携式无线示功仪标准装置,对需要进行校准的无线示功仪进行大范围检测,在检测中载荷、位移、图形面积符合率等参数正常的无线示功仪,不再进行拆卸送检;然后针对这几项参数存在问题的无线示功仪进行拆卸送检,利用实验室无线示功仪一体化检测装置对仪表进行多冲次、多冲程、多工况条件下的详细检测;最后依据行业标准对无线示功仪的准确性进行综合评价。结果表明:这种新方法可以显著减少大范围拆卸送检造成的安全隐患,同时也降低了拆卸、送检对生产的影响,减少了人力、物力和财力的浪费。In view of the potential safety problems during the disassembly and inspection process of wireless dynamometer used in pump-jack wells,a combination of on-site non-disassembly testing and laboratory testing has been adopted to reduce the frequency of instrument disassembly and mitigate security risks.Firstly,a portable wireless dynamometer standard device was used to conduct extensive testing on wireless dynamometers requiring calibration.Then,those wireless dynamometer that exhibit normal parameters such as load,displacement,and graph area conformity during the testing process would no longer undergo disassembly for inspection.Subsequently,wireless dynamometers that exhibit problems in these parameters were disassembled and sent for inspection.Detailed testing was conducted using a laboratory-integrated testing device under various conditions such as multiple strokes,multiple stroke lengths,and multiple operating conditions.Finally,the accuracy of wireless dynamometer was comprehensively evaluated according to the industry standards.The results show that this new method significantly reduce the potential safety hazards caused by large-scale disassembly and inspection,while it also minimize the influence of disassembly and inspection on production for users and reduces wastage of human,material and financial resources.
