摘 要:Y-1油田是南海东部开发的第一个稠油油藏油田,属于边水驱动,储层厚度薄、非均质性强、黏土含量高。油田开发初期采用优质筛管防砂完井,生产过程中由于黏土运移堵塞筛管,导致油井产能低且递减迅速。为解决此类问题,在调研国内外分支井完井技术和经验的基础上,优化设计了一套适合高含黏土稠油油藏的主井眼充填防砂的分支井完井管柱,一方面可以通过分支井增加泄油面积、释放油井产能,另一方面可以在主井眼内下入筛管并进行充填防砂,减缓生产过程中细粉砂堵塞筛管,延长油井寿命。现场试验结果表明,该分支井充填防砂完井技术稳定可靠,油井产能增加明显,产能稳定,为类似常规稠油油田高效开发提供了宝贵的经验。The Y-1 oil field is the first heavy oil reservoir field developed in the eastern South China Sea.It is driven by edge-water,and the thin reservoir thickness,high heterogeneity and high clay content.During the initial development stage of the oilfield,highquality screen pipes were used to complete sand control completions.However,due to clay migration,the screen pipes were often blocked,leading to low and rapidly declining well productivity.To address this issue,based on rese arch and experience from domestic and international branch well completion technologies,an optimized branch well completion tubular system suitable for heavy oil reservoirs with high clay content was designed.On one hand,branch wells can increase the oil drainage area and enhance the production capacity of the well.On the other hand,sand screens can be deployed and filled with sand control materials in the main wellbore,mitigating the blockage caused by fine sand during production and extending the well's lifespan.The field test results have shown that the technology of sand control completion in the branch well is stable and reliable,with obvious increase of oil well productivity and stable production capacity,which provides valuable experience for the efficient development of similar conventional heavy oil reservoirs.
