摘  要:冀中坳陷地质构造复杂、钻遇岩性复杂、多套压力系统等特点,给深井-超深井钻井井控安全带来严峻挑战。论述了冀中坳陷复杂断块深井-超深井钻井中储层保护、井身结构优化与井控安全之间的矛盾,以及安全密度窗口窄、地层可钻性差、事故复杂频发等技术难点对井控风险的影响。结合该区实钻经验,提出技术应对措施:(1)基于钻前预测与随钻监测相结合的地层压力预测方法;(2)利用先导试验确定“必封点”位置;(3)依托工程技术确保井控安全;(4)强化一线员工井控技能提升。上述技术措施在冀中坳陷深井-超深井钻探过程中取得良好的应用效果,实现了井控“零”事故,对同类地区的井控技术应用与管理提供了参考。The complex geological structure,complicated lithology encountered during drilling,and multiple pressure systems bring severe challenges to the well control safety of deep and ultra-deep drilling in the Jizhong Depression.This paper discusses the contradiction between reservoir protection,wellbore structure optimization and well control safety in the complex faulted deep and ultra-deep well drilling in Jizhong Depression.It also explores the impact of technical challenges to well control risk such as narrow safety density windows,poor formation drillability and frequent accidents.Based on practical drilling experience in this region,several technical measures are proposed:(1)a method for predicting formation pressure based on pre-drilling forecasts and real-time monitoring during drilling;(2)determining the“necessary sealing point”location through pilot trials;(3)ensuring well control safety through engineering technology support;(4)strengthening the well control skills of frontline employees.These measures have effectively applied in the deep and ultra-deep well drilling process in the Jizhong Depression,achieving“zero”well control accidents and providing references for the application and management of well control technology in similar regions.
