摘  要:目的 分析新入职护士工作准备度以及临床归属感现状,探讨两者间的相关性及工作准备度的影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、毕业护士工作准备度量表(汉化版)和临床归属感量表对云南省某三级甲等医院284名新入职护士展开问卷调查。结果 新入职护士工作准备度得分为259.31±48.58分,临床归属感得分为119.47±22.53分;Pearson相关分析显示,新入职护士工作准备度与临床归属感呈正相关(r=0.744,P<0.01)。多元线性回归结果显示,新入职护士的自尊、沟通及是否自愿从事护理工作是其工作准备度的影响因素(P<0.05),其中,自愿从事护理工作的新入职护士工作准备度更高。结论 新入职护士工作准备度处于中等水平。新入职护士的自尊、沟通及是否自愿从事护理工作是其工作准备度的影响因素。Objective To analyze the current situation of job readiness and clinical sense of belonging among newly hired nurses,and explore the correlation between the two and the influencing factors of job readiness.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 284 newly hired nurses from a tertiary A hospital in Yunnan province using a general information questionnaire,a Chinese version of the graduated nurse work readiness scale,and a clinical belongingness scale.Results The newly hired nurse's work readiness score was 259.31±48.58 points,and the clinical sense of belonging score was 119.47±22.53 points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the job readiness of newly hired nurses and their sense of clinical belonging(r=0.744,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression results showed that the self-esteem,communication,and willingness to engage in nursing work are factors that affect the job readiness of newly hired nurses(P<0.05),among which those who voluntarily engage in nursing work have higher job readiness.Conclusion The work readiness of newly hired nurses was at a moderate level.Self-esteem,communication,and willingness to engage in nursing work are factors that affect the job readiness of newly hired nurses.
