摘  要:针对货车驾驶室平顺性差的问题,建立了座椅悬架系统非线性力学模型。采用平均法求解非线性方程组得出近似解析解,并在Matlab中进行数值仿真分析应用四阶定步长龙格-库塔法求出数值解,所得结果与解析解对比,更好地证明该理论方法的正确性。分析了非线性弹簧刚度、阻尼系数、激励振幅和非线性小参数变化对座椅共振曲线的影响,最后进行稳定性分析,得出稳定性条件:特征方程参数q<0时系统必不稳定,且当激励频率为3~4Hz时系统产生共振并发生非线性跳跃现象,所得结果可为座椅主动悬架系统的最优控制和优化设计提供依据。Aiming at the problem of poor ride of truck cab,a nonlinear mechanical model of seat sus⁃pension system is established.The averaging method is used to solve the nonlinear equation system to obtain the approximate analytical solution,and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out in MAT⁃LAB,and the numerical solution is solved by applying the fourth-order fixed-step Runge-Kuta method,and the obtained results are compared with the analytical solution,which better proves the correctness of the theoretical method.The influence of nonlinear spring rate,damping coefficient,excitation ampli⁃tude and nonlinear small parameter changes on the seat resonance curve was analyzed,and finally the stability analysis was carried out,and the stability conditions were obtained:the system must be unsta⁃ble when the characteristic equation parameters are parametric,and when the excitation frequency is 3-4 Hz,the system resonates and nonlinear jumping occurs,and the results obtained can provide a ba⁃sis for the optimal control and optimization design of the seat active suspension system.
