摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)在我国感染率高达50%,已知Hp感染是多种胃肠道疾病的重要危险因素。越来越多的研究发现,Hp感染与包括肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常,以及高血压在内的多种代谢异常密切相关。代谢综合征(MS)是一组以肥胖、高血糖、血脂异常,以及高血压等聚集发病、代谢上相互关联的危险因素的组合,直接促进了动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的发生,严重影响机体健康,已成为国家和社会的严重负担。本文就Hp感染与代谢综合征和组分相关性的研究进展与可能机制作一综述。With a Chinese prevalence of 50%for Helicobacter pylori(Hp),it is known that Hp infection is an important risk factor for various gastrointestinal diseases.In addition,more and more studies have found that Hp infection is closely related to various extragastrointestinal diseases,including obesity,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia and hypertension.Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a combination of risk factors of obesity,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia,hypertension and other aggregated diseases and metabolic correlation,which directly promotes the occurrence of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,seriously affects the health of the body,and is a serious burden for the country and society.This article reviews the research progress and possible correlational mechanisms between Hp infection and MS and its components.
