摘　　要：本研究基于既有农村建筑现状不能满足当下农村居民对美好宜居宜业追求的背景,对未来北方地区装配式农村住房发展需求进行了系统的研究,进一步明确了未来北方农村房屋结构布局、基础结构系统、主体结构系统、门窗与建筑节能融合系统、地区风貌文化技术系统、低成本建设等的发展趋势。Since the current status of rural buildings cannot meet the current rural residents'pursuit of a better life and a better career,this study systematically studies the future development needs of prefabricated rural housing in northern China,and further clarifies the future technological development trends of the northern rural housing,including structure layout,basic structure system,main structure system,integration system of doors and windows with building energy efficiency,regional features and culture technology system,low-cost construction.
