摘　　要：在冷弯薄壁型钢应用于多、低层房屋工程实践的基础上,针对其存在的技术不足,研发了适用于包括农房在内的低、多层房屋异形管轻型钢结构体系并开展实验。通过采取冷弯异形管柱、承插式梁柱节点、深C型梁、以及V型楼面梁,构成类似于框架结构的房屋结构体系,结合螺旋钢管桩和冷弯薄壁型钢墙面板,可以在对现场自然生态影响较小的情况下,快捷施工,提高装配率,且充分利用既有冷弯薄壁型钢生产设备,经济成本与冷弯薄壁型钢结构持平,是冷弯薄壁型钢房屋体系技术迭代升级的轻型钢结构房屋产品。In response to the technical shortcomings of the engineering practice on cold-formed thin-wall steel structure for multi-story and low-rise buildings,this paper develops light gauge steel building(LGSB)with special tube for multi-story and low-rise buildings including rural housing.LGSB forms a housing structural system similar to a frame structure by adopting cold-formed special-shaped tube,socketed beam-column nodes,deep C beams,and V-shaped floor beams.By combining screw steel pipe piles and cold-formed thin-walled steel panels,LGSB is possible to quickly construct,improve assembly efficiency,and fully utilize existing cold-formed thin-walled steel production equipment with minimal impact on the natural ecology of the site.The economic cost is on par with that of cold formed thin-walled steel structures,making it a lightweight steel structure housing product for the iterative upgrade of cold formed thin-walled steel housing system technology.
