摘　　要：远安县农房建设遵循人口转移规律,紧扣农民生活需求,注重农房建设质量和品质,从选址、设计等方面引导农民建设“功能现代、结构安全、成本经济、绿色环保、风貌协调”的现代宜居农房。同时避免政府大包大揽和管控引导缺位两个极端,通过制定标准、培育工匠等方式提升服务保障能力,深入践行共同缔造理念方法,充分发挥农民主体作用,探索城乡融合背景下的山区县现代宜居农房建设路径。The rural housing construction in Yuan'an County follows the laws of population transfer,focuses on farmers'living needs,and pays attention to the quality and standards of rural housing construction.It guides farmers from aspects of site selection and design to build modern livable rural housing with modern functions,structural safety,cost economy,green environmental protection,and coordinated features.At the same time,the two extremes of excessive government intervention and inadequate guidance should be avoided.By formulating standards,fostering skilled workers and other means,the service and security capabilities should be enhanced.Thoroughly implementation of the co-creation concept and method gives full play to the principal role of farmers,which could explore the development path of building modern livable rural housing in mountainous areas under the background of urban-rural integration.
