装配式建筑技术助力现代宜居农房建设——以安徽省长丰县吴山镇龙门里绿色农房项目应用实践为例

摘　　要：装配式绿色农房采用工业化生产方式建造,可节约水资源、节约材料、节省工期等,具有成本经济、绿色环保、外观设计新颖、居住功能齐全、建设速度快,抗震、保温、隔热、隔音性能良好等优点。发展装配式绿色农房符合国家产业政策,能极大地改善农民居住条件和居住环境,提升乡村风貌。《乡村振兴促进法》第三十八条指出:“鼓励农村住房建设采用新型建造技术和绿色建材,引导农民建设功能现代、结构安全、成本经济、绿色环保、与乡村环境相协调的宜居住房”。由此可见,在农房建设中大力推广装配式绿色农房对于促进建筑产业现代化,助力宜居宜业和美乡村建设具有重要意义。本文重点介绍了冷弯薄壁型钢轻聚合物复合墙体装配式建筑体系在长丰县吴山镇龙门里装配式绿色农房项目上的应用。Prefabricated green farmhouses are constructed using industrial production methods,which can save water resources,materials,and construction time.They have the advantages of cost economy,green environmental protection,novel appearance design,complete residential functions,fast construction speed,as well as good seismic,thermal insulation and sound insulation performance.The development of prefabricated green farmhouses is in line with national industrial policies,which can greatly improve the living conditions and residential environment of farmers,and enhance the rural landscape.Article 38 of the Rural Revitalization Promotion Law states:"Encourage the use of new construction technologies and green building materials in rural housing construction,guide farmers to build livable housing with modern functions,structural safety,cost economy,green environmental protection,and coordination with the rural environment.Therefore it is of great significance to vigorously facilitate prefabricated green farmhouses in rural housing construction for promoting the modernization of the building industry and assisting in the construction of livable and beautiful rural areas.This article focuses on the application of the prefabricated building system with composite walls of cold-formed thin-walled steel and light-weight polymer in the prefabricated green farmhouse project in Longmenli Village,Wushan Town,Changfeng County.
