摘　　要：随着档案事业发展的转型升级,电子档案双套制向电子档案单套制过渡,利用方式从来馆查阅向网络利用转变等呼之欲出,同时带来了许多亟待解决的信息安全问题。天津市城建档案馆为了落实档案信息化建设安全问题,专门对馆内信息安全风险进行排查,分析了存在的风险原因,从强化安全意识,层层落实安全责任;强化基础建设,提升信息安全管理水平;隐患排查常抓不懈,建立健全应急机制等几方面提出了风险防控的建议。笔者结合工作实践阐述了城建档案信息安全风险防范和控制策略。With the transformation and upgrading of the archival industry,the transition from a dual system of paper and electronic archives towards a single system of electronic archives,as well as the shift from on-site consultation towards online utilization,has become apparent.However,this transitions have also brought about numerous information security issues that need urgent resolution.In order to address the security concerns related to the digitization of archival information,Tianjin Urban Construction Archives has conducted a thorough examination of information security risks within the institution.Analysis of the underlying causes of these risks has led to several recommendations for risk prevention and control,including the reinforcement of security awareness and the implementation of security responsibilities at all levels,the strengthening of infrastructure to enhance information security management,persistent identification and rectification of potential hazards,and the establishment of comprehensive emergency mechanisms.In this paper,the analysis and strategies related to risk prevention and control for information security in urban construction archives is discussed,in combination with practical work experiences.
