摘　　要：达芬奇机器人手术系统已被广泛应用,国内外目前相关研究多为达芬奇机器人手术系统在相关科室或术种的发展现状及术后并发症对比,对达芬奇机器人手术系统相关医院感染与防控研究较少.本文综合达芬奇机器人手术系统特点和相关医院感染研究现状,探讨达芬奇机器人手术系统相关医院感染的危险因素,提出从加强围手术期管理、加强手术间环境管理、加强团队培训和强化手术器械清洗灭菌四个方面降低相关感染风险,以期为临床医务人员及医院感染管理专职人员开展医院感染防控工作提供参考.Da Vinci robotic surgical system has been widely used,while current researches in China and abroad mainly focus on the development status and postoperative complications of Da Vinci robotic surgical system in related departments or types of surgery.There were few researches that focused on the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infection induced by Da Vinci robotic surgical system.The characteristics of the surgical system and current status of research on related nosocomial infections were reviewed in the article,the risk factors for the Da Vinci robotic surgical system-related nosocomial infection were explored.The risk of the related infection can be reduced by stress on four aspects:enhancement of perioperative management,environmental management in operating room,team training,cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments.It is expected to provide guidance for clinical health care workers and infection control professionals to carry out the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.
