摘　　要：《楼兰》是井上靖西域历史小说中最重要的一部,它的主题历来受到关注。考察作者创作所参考的历史地理学文献可知,文中楼兰人被迫“远行”与数次试图“回归”的内容并非虚构。小说基于历史材料展开丰富想象,再现了楼兰在古代中西交通以及文明传播史上的重要地位与历史变迁:曾经作为中西交通的重要枢纽和商业贸易中转地,后来转为汉朝的军事基地、匈奴屯田所、古战场等,最终湮没于沙海“。远行”与“回归”的情节隐含着对于楼兰作为多元文明融汇地特质的认知,同时文中有明显的比较文明意识和西亚文明起源论的观念。Loulan is Yasushi Inoue's most important historical novel relating to the ancient Chinese Western Regions,and its theme has always been able to attract wide attention and interest.According to the historical and geographical documents referenced by the author when he was writing this novel,it can be seen that the content of Loulan people being forced to travel a"long journey"and trying many times to"return"is not fictitious.Based on historical materials,the book develops a rich imagination,and presents Loulan's important position and historical changes in the ancient interchange between China and the West,and in the history of civilization and communication:it once served as an important hub of East-West communication and a transit depot of commercial trade,later becoming a military base of the Han dynasty,a garrison land reclamation place of Xiongnu,an ancient battlefield and so on,and eventually vanishing beneath the sands of the desert.The plot of"long journey"and"return"implies the cognition of Loulan as a melting pot of multiple civilizations.Meanwhile,there is a clear awareness of comparative civilizations and support for the idea of some origins of Chinese culture in the ancient Western Region.
