薏黄除湿止痛散外敷联合西药治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨薏黄除湿止痛散外敷联合西药治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法选择2021年1月—2022年6月天水市中医医院收治的湿热痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组接受基础治疗;观察组在其基础上加用薏黄除湿止痛散外敷,4周后评价疗效。结果观察组总有效率、D A S28评分、健康评定问卷评分、超敏C-反应蛋白结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规应用西药基础上,应用薏黄除湿止痛散外敷可以进一步提高治疗效果,改善患者日常生活能力,降低炎症反应程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of external application of yihuang chushi zhitong powder combined with western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis of dampness heat obstruction type.Methods Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis of dampness heat obstruction type admitted to Tianshui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group received basic treatment,while the observation group added yihuang chushi zhitong powder for external application on its basis.And the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate,DAS28 scores,health assessment questionnaire scores and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine use of western medicine,the application of yihuang chushi zhitong powder can further improve the treatment effect,improve patients’daily living ability,reduce the degree of inflammatory response,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
